Shipping & Service Policy

• Pickup:

• Free pickup is available from our DHA facility.

• Delivery:

• Delivery charges are Rs.250 within DHA 1 to 8.

• Delivery charges are Rs.400 outside of this area.

• All delivery charges are borne by the customer.

Responsibility

• BYOI ensures that ice cream is properly packed and kept frozen until handover.

• Once the product has been delivered or picked up in good condition, storage and handling become the customer’s responsibility.
