Return & Refund Policy

• Returns: Since ice cream is a perishable edible product, we do not accept returns once the order has been picked up or delivered.
• Refunds:
• A full refund will be issued if the ice cream is found spilt or melted at the time of handover.
• If a customer changes their mind within 10 minutes of payment confirmation, a refund will be processed after deducting an administrative charge of Rs.100.
 • Refunds will not be entertained beyond this timeframe or for reasons unrelated to product quality or service at handover.
